Most mature man on earth, Nigerians hail as husband hugs Tega despite romp with Boma

Nigerians on social media have hailed Ajeboh Krislawrence, husband of recently evicted Big Brother Naija contestant, Tega, after a video surfaced showing him hugging her for the first time since she left the reality TV show on Sunday.

Tega had gone into the show as a 29-year-old married woman who has a kid for her husband. According to her profile, she’s always looking forward to what life has to bring her way.

Her time in the BBNaija House had been without controversy until a clip of her making out in bed with divorced contestant, Boma, went viral on social media.

Their action was highly condemned by viewers of the show and many believe that it must have contributed to her getting evicted last week, along with Boma.

My husband won’t take this seriously
Shortly after her eviction, Tega was asked by show host Ebuka Uchendu if she missed her husband and what she thinks about her relationship with Boma.

In response, Tega said, “I can’t wait to see my family, I miss my husband.

“Boma is just my friend. My husband is a bad guy, he wouldn’t take this seriously.”

    She was mistaken.

I feel sad and terrible -Tega’s husband
In an Instagram Live Chat with blogger Tunde Ednut, Krislawrence stated that his wife’s conduct in the BBNaija House made him feel terrible.

“I feel so sad and terrible, I cannot even lie. I cannot even leave my house because there are a lot of stories on the street.

“I am broken. Basically, I am broken. I am down. I will not lie. Tega had been a very, very good girl. Let me forget this side of her, she has been a very good girl.

“I am surprised. When I saw it, I said this is not my wife. It felt as if they cloned her because that could not have been Tega.

“I have never seen this side of Tega because she is a God-fearing woman. She has never disobeyed me. This is a different Tega I am seeing. I am really shocked. I am down and broken.

“I want that Tega I used to know back; not the Tega of Big Brother house,” Krislawrence stated.

He, however, said, “If she comes back and apologises, I will give her a second chance; but if she comes and says what she did was okay, I will let her go and I will move on.”

    Tega apologises to husband
Taking to social media, the reality TV star shared a video showing her looking remorseful after realising the anger her actions with Boma generated.

This is as she apologised to her husband and all those who felt let down by her conduct.

She said, “I take full responsibility for my actions and I sincerely apologise to everyone that I disappointed and to those who could not stand my actions while on the show. I am truly sorry.

“To my husband; Babe, I know we have already talked about this but I want to apologise again and also appreciate you for standing by me and giving me all the support I needed to pursue my career.

“To all the women out there who felt I let them down, I am sorry.

“To everyone who is still very angry and sending messages and comments, I do not see you as “trolls” I understand your anger and I want to say that I’m deeply sorry.

Lastly, please pray for me and my family as we go through this phase together. Thank you everyone and God bless you.”

    – Nigerians react as Tega, husband hug –
Shortly after her public apology, a video went viral which shows Tega and Krislawrence hugging each other in their first meeting since she left the BBNaija House.

This melted hearts on Facebook as many praised her husband while others found his gesture to be strange.

One Joshua Matthew said, “The husband is the most mature man on planet earth.”

Valls De Popoya Wayne said, “… bro she needs you more than ever so protect her, God bless you. Nobody is perfect except God.”

“Is she not supposed to kneel down?” Jessica Ogedegbe asked.

Greace Nmahosim commended Krislawrence, saying, “It is very hard to forgive such a sin. But her husband has just taken a bold step that most people may call mumu. But he has just saved his marriage.”

However, one Estrella Stella expressed doubt about the genuineness of Krislawrence’s forgiveness.

According to her, “My mind is telling me that this guy is having something evil against this girl; he’s pretending. I fear for Tega’s life… No man can take this.”

Joe Okoro said in Pidgin English, “This guy na big player, he dey form. I will be waiting for part 2.”

Joy Peter said, “This guy get sense sha. She is going nowhere until that money she came back with finishes. Lol, we go still watch part 2.”

Kenechukwu Makolu said, “The man wiped her face thinking she would be crying… Ogbeni everywhere dry. I don’t want your type as a brother or son biko. Your mumu is overflowing.”

John Paul Chigozie said, “The same mouth she used to kiss Boma is the same mouth she’s using to kiss her husband! She’s a generous woman and her type is rare.”

Esther Joseph said, “Fornicators and adulterers condemning and judging Tega. If she genuinely asked for forgiveness and her husband forgave, what’s your problem in their marriage? Learn to mind your business.”
