BBNaija S6: Angel broke the ‘girl code’ by flirting with Michael – Maria

Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Maria, said that Angel broke the ‘girl code’ by flirting with Michael who is Jackie B’s love interest in the house.

In a Diary Session on Tuesday, day 25 of the show, Maria told Big Brother that she doesn’t like Angel because the latter tried to go after Michael after Jackie B already declared interest in him.

“Michael and Jackie B liked each other. She marked him for the first three hours that he got here. Now Angel has used her ‘powers’ and is acting silly about it,” Maria said, noting that Jackie B and Angel were 5&6 prior to the occurence.

Maria is angry that despite Jackie told Angel that she likes Michael, Angel still had the nerve to break the girl code and respect by saying that “oh I think he’s super hot, he’s my type, I really like him.”

According to Maria, Angel now goes around the house with Michael, giving him food and choosing him for any Truth or Dare challenge.

However, Biggy told Maria that perhaps, it was Michael’s duty to set boundaries and tell Angel that he has a partner if he was truly interested in Jackie B. In her response, Maria pointed out that “boys will be boys.”

In an unexpected clap back, Biggy said, “Maria, if as you say, ‘boys will be boys’, then maybe, ‘Angel will be Angel’.” With this, he dismissed Maria from the Diary Session.

Recall that Jackie B cleared the air that she is not into a relationship with Michael in her own Diary Session on Tuesday. Later the same day, Angel advised Michael not to restrict himself to Jackie B as another female housemate may be interested in him.
