    Family rolls out schedule for actor Victor Olaotan’s burial

    The family of late Victor Olaotan has rolled out the burial arrangements for the veteran actor, which begins with a service of songs.

    Olaotan, who was popular as a lead actor in the series ‘Tinsel’, died on August 26, 2021 after a five-year battle with brain injury.

    In an obituary flier shared by Olaotan’s colleague, Gideon Okeke, on Instagram, the burial activities would kick off with a service of songs which would hold on September 15, 2021.

    The service, which will commence at 5 pm that day, will be held at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (Fountain of Life Parish) at Ikeja, Lagos.

    After the service of songs, burial service will be held at the same venue on Thursday, September 16, 2021 by 10am while the interment follows immediately.

    According to the announcement, the interment ceremony is strictly for family members.

    To crown it all, a thanksgiving service will take place on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the RCCG Mega Church located at Agidingbi, Ikeja.

    The deceased had suffered a traumatic brain injury after a ghastly car accident in October 2016.

    The veteran actor had celebrated his 69th birthday on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, in a Turkish hospital battling with the effects of a traumatic brain injury he suffered after the ghastly car accident in October 2016.

    His wife Julia and some other ace actors had been soliciting support on Olaotan’s behalf before his demise.
