    The 2023 Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) wraps up tonight with the announcement of this year’s winners.

    The prestigious event, held on May 20, 2023, brought together the continent’s most talented actors, directors, and filmmakers under one roof to celebrate their outstanding contributions to the world of cinema.

    In a truly satisfying turn of events, Patience Ozokwor took home the highly regarded Industry Merit Award for her meritorious service to the industry. Jade Osiberu’s Brotherhood and Kunle Afolayan’s Anikulapo took the lead, heading home with multiple awards in different categories.
